MARINA
We have 197 berths for both sailboats and powerboats. Ranging from
racks with rollers for small boats such as canoes, Lasers, Sunfish, etc., to
hoisted berths for pontoons, power boats, centerboard sailboats, and winged-keel
sailboats up to 22 feet, our marina is arranged along 1300 linear feet of dock.

| * It takes five seasons for the Club to become fully vested
in an initiation fee, at a rate of 20% per season. Should you leave your
membership prior to five seasons of use, any initiations will be returned
to you on a pro-rated basis. |
